To begin

To begin again

A part of a measure

Sometimes another point

In a continuum .

The  year opens a new calendar face

You stand on one

Just beyond an end

One begins with one

As is usual

To go forth

A leaf of love

In the midst of tumult.

A flower or leaf

Newly born

Continuing the plants journey forth

You wish

That this wish be heard

This wishing to wish someone

This wishing to write something

On a fallen leaf

Or on the fog

That rewrites itself.
