WHY KINGS?

 

Since at a certain age

We stopped playing kings

And king makers etc.,

And we were never kings of that kind

We used to ask

As to ‘why kings?’

If you are a cunning jackal

Who tries to steal things

And need to hide things

Where as we would hide animals

Sometimes and display them on a hook

Exposing them

They could cut a letter

From here and there

And add something there

Thinking it mercurial

Or Madame Curial

And it rings no bell for you

That is when you get into rasa
